Firebug 1.2 beta and ColdFire

Word Count: 107

I recently updated to Firefox 3 and so far I am loving it. One of the essential tools to anyone in my position is Firebug. I installed the new beat 1.2 and I just could not get it to open. The installation was fine but every time I try to open firebug nothing would happen. This is actually a problem with ColdFire that I had installed. If you are having a similar problem just remove ColdFire and it should work fine. I am a big fan of ColdFire so as soon as they get things working I will be upgrading.

Nathan M. is aware of this and is working on it right now. Check the site (http://coldfire.riaforge.org) for updates.

The last I heard the Firebug team was hoping to have 1.2b4 out today, so keep your fingers crossed. As soon as it is released I'll be releasing ColdFire 1.2.

You download ColdFire 1.2 from the riaforge project page: http://coldfire.riaforge.org. Be sure to update to the latest Firebug 1.2 beta, 1.2.0b4, from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/184... before installing ColdFire.
