I like your multifile downloader. A couple of options (which could be very easy) would be great i.e. Max number of files allowed to upload, Files not removing from list it-self after upload complete (so that user can see what he has uploaded and what remains) and the important one is to define default action after upload finishes (i.e. some JS call to submit form etc.). Thanks in advance

The question mark button for help - while I'm not suggesting you not take credit for your great work - I think it would be more helpful if that screen was customizable - say import & display text from help.xml or something like that.
Also - I don't have a problem with the use of "static" xml for Flash talking to Coldfusion - I just have CF generate/manipulate the xml file in the first place.
