I have long been a fan of Lynda.com. This site offers some very good video training from highly respected instructors. Since the first Flex 3 series came out I have been really interested in the beyond the basics series and today my wait has come to end. I got the newsletter today telling me it was out. I encourage all of you interested in Flex development to check out all of the Flex resources on Lynda.
